With Teladoc, eligible plan members have access to medical consultations by phone or online video 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Teladoc is a national network of board-certified physicians. They use electronic health records, telephone consultations and online video consultations to diagnose, recommend treatment and write short-term prescriptions, as needed. Teladoc services are available at a flat fee per call. |
