Congratulations!  Your online health tools have been upgraded and the path to the new My Health Tools (including the Health Risk Assessment) has changed. 

To access your upgraded My Health Tools feature, go to http://www.umr.com/.

Upon arrival to www.umr.com, follow these simple steps:

• Enter your Member ID and click on ‘Go to my online services’.
• If you have previously registered, enter your username and password.
• If you have not yet registered, complete the registration process.
• Click the link to Care Management.

Finally, view My Health Tools and click ‘Get started’ to access your updated tools!
