Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan?

Choose any dentist. Save when you stay in-network.  With the Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan:

 

  • You can see any dentist you choose.
  • You don't need a referral to see a specialist.
  • You enjoy extra savings when you see a network provider. Network dentists agree to discount their services for our members up to 35% on average.

Building a foundation of health, preventive care coverage and more

Preventive care services are covered at little or no cost to you. This plan covers all or most of your dental exams and cleanings and provides coverage for fillings. It may provide coverage for other services, such as crowns. See your benefit plan documents for all of the coverage details.

The plan also provides these extra benefits at no cost:

 

  • Enhanced coverage for pregnant women during their pregnancy and three months following delivery.
  • Annual oral cancer screenings for all adult patients
